Whether you're a total beginner, a former gymnast wanting to revisit the sport, or just looking for a fun and dynamic way to move—our adult gymnastics class is for you!

Our coach-led class runs once a week and is open to adults aged 16+. It’s designed to be welcoming, non-competitive, and full of variety. Together, we work through a warm-up, stretching, strength, and skill development—always with options to suit your level.

You'll learn gymnastics skills on the floor, bars, beam, vault and mini tramp, with drills and progressions tailored to the goals of the group. We break things down in a way that makes sense, whether you're trying something for the first time or dusting off old skills.

The vibe? Think community over competition. We're a family-run gym that gets to know every student by name—and we're here to help you build confidence, have fun, and maybe surprise yourself with what your body can do.
