Apparatus based classes for children 5 years - 16 with a range of activities on bars, balance beam, mini trampoline and floor.

This class is an invitation-only gymnastics class open to gymnasts that have completed the colour levels system (Gold, Platinum, Diamond). Ages 7 - 16.

This program offers a squad atmosphere for students, without the commitment of a competitive program.

Non-competitive gymnastics class for anyone 16+.

Great for fitness, strength and learning new skills.  Lots of fun!

School Program

Sydney Gymnastics Factory prides itself in running these classes in a fun and safe environment. 

 

All our coaches are child safety checked, accredited through Gymnastics Australia and are involved passionately with the sport.

 

This is an exciting and safe activity for students, which is both convenient (run on school premises or on-site) and economical.

 

By participating in our gymnastics program, students gain benefits including increased strength, an improvement in balance and complete body coordination.  Additionally, they experience increased confidence and self esteem.

This program is both guided discovery and structured (coach led) and requires active parent/carer participation.

Weekly themes makes classes fun and different, giving our mini gymnasts plenty of learning opportunities.

This class is mainly floor based.

 

Participants will learn handstands, cartwheels, rolls and progressions.

 

If you spend more time upside down than on your feet, then this is the class for you no mater what level you are at!

We cater to beginners through advanced. Ages 7 - 16.

We run gymnastics birthday parties at our club for all ages, including littles.
